This role, Project Manager – Senior Expert Renewable Energy, focuses on developing commercial opportunities and leading project execution for PV, wind onshore, and battery storage.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical/Energetic Engineering and fluency in English and Polish.
• Additional languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, or German) are a plus.
• Experience with renewables electrical power systems, HV substations, and grid codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercially and lead project execution in renewables (PV, wind onshore, battery storage).
• Identify follow-on sales opportunities and support proposals with scoping and client interactions.
• Lead complex technical assignments: due diligence, advisory, and performance monitoring for lenders and owners.
• Participate in design reviews and supervise design review processes.
• Manage the full project life cycle from sales to closure, disseminating lessons learned.
