BYD Europe is seeking a Project Manager to oversee after-sales service for energy storage projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure contract compliance, and drive service improvements across multiple sites in Poland.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in PM or after-sales in energy or power sectors, with fluent English and willingness to travel. Experience with multicultural teams is a plus, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in project management or after-sales service management.
• Energy storage or power industry experience preferred.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work with multicultural teams.

Responsabilités

• Maintain effective communication with customers and respond to inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage after-sales operations for energy storage sites and optimize performance.
• Identify issues at project sites and coordinate resources to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with after-sales contract terms and high service standards.
• Assist in evaluating service terms for new projects and ensure smooth handover to after-sales.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service improvements.
