Qualifikationen

• Min 3 years’ experience in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Min 3 years’ experience in Linux.
• Min 3 years’ experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with shell scripting (Bash, Python, Java) for automation.
• Strong understanding of technology layers in application landscape, storage, OS, network, database, application.
• Strong experience in monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana and OpenTelemetry (OTel).
• Experience in Payments or other transactional systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide full scope of day-to-day Production Support including incident resolution and post-resolution problem management.
• Provide technical expertise to identify root causes of major system problems.
• Install new software releases provided by the vendor.
• Provide Production engineering SRE support for real-time payments (RTP) for domestic use.
• Drive engineering excellence via automation, observability, SRE and toil reduction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different locations worldwide.
• Support monitoring optimization and tools adoption (AppDynamics, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Perform data analysis of key problem areas to support root cause analysis.
