HSBC Service Delivery in Kraków is seeking a specialist in Global Enterprise Risk Management to support risk oversight of GPS and GTS, delivering an enterprise view of risk. You will synthesize data, coordinate risk reporting, and prepare executive materials for senior leadership.

The role emphasizes risk culture, stakeholder collaboration, and performing under CRCO delegation while ensuring timely risk insights for decision making.

Qualificações

• Understanding of the Payments and / or Trade business and related regulatory landscape.
• Hands-on operations experience in these businesses is a plus alongside understanding of technology infrastructure and data flows.
• Ability to navigate complex information to anticipate emerging risk impacts and understand business impact.
• Understanding of risk management, including identification, assessment, monitoring and control.
• Ability to influence and promote a strong risk culture and improve risk awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Support Global Head of ERM Oversight of GPS and GTS in delivering enterprise-wide risk view.
• Conduct cross-risk analysis and synthesis into concise enterprise insights for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across Risk and Compliance for enterprise reporting cycles.
• Produce executive materials for senior forums with a clear enterprise story and recommended actions.
• Support ERM-wide risk forecasting and appetite refresh exercises.
