Job summary

Capital.com is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager – LLM Automation to own product strategy and execution for AI agents handling client contact across multiple regulators. You will shape how agents serve 1,000,000+ clients while maintaining Consumer Duty and AI governance obligations.

You will own the deflection roadmap, taxonomy, and evaluation gates, partner with Engineering to deploy agents, and document decisions with ADRs and PRDs to balance safety, velocity, and compliance across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product roles owning customer-operations or contact-centre automation.
• Proven track record of shipping and measuring cost/deflection outcomes.
• Experience designing intent taxonomies and eval gates for production AI.
• Comfort in regulated environments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience shipping LLM/AI agents to production with latency and cost awareness.
• Ability to produce ADRs and exec memos documenting trade-offs and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the contact-centre deflection roadmap and measure success by deflection rate and cost per interaction.
• Design and own the intent taxonomy and evaluation framework.
• Drive LLM agent deployment and iteration cycles with cross-functional partners.
• Navigate multilingual evaluation across 15+ languages and five regulatory jurisdictions.
• Publish ADRs, PRDs, exec memos, and governance documents.
• Establish and challenge reasoning with first-principles thinking and explicit confidence levels.
