Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments, financial operations, decisioning, or strategy.
• Expertise in decision science, risk-based decisioning, and applied AI.
• Experience defining AI governance and control frameworks.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI and agentic decisioning strategy across PMI Operations.
• Define AI autonomy framework and rules for escalation and human oversight.
• Translate business priorities into the AI roadmap and governance.
• Lead blended human-AI operating model and workforce readiness.
• Represent AI agenda in enterprise governance forums.
• Champion responsible AI, monitor bias and drift.
