Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic Platform to own the shared agent platform and harness. You will work with AI-powered product teams to prioritize investments, ensure safe, scalable agent development, and drive platform adoption across engineering, applied science, and platform groups.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, preferably with platform or infrastructure products.
Experience building AI-powered or agentic systems in production environments.
Strong analytical mindset with telemetry, analytics, experimentation and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap for the agent harness and reference agent within the AI Platform.
Collaborate with AI initiatives to identify gaps and drive platform improvements.
Define and track success metrics related to platform adoption and time-to-build for consuming teams.
Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, applied science, and product teams.
Drive integration of the harness with adjacent AI Platform capabilities (model registries, tracing, observability).
Shape long-term platform strategy including registries and multi-model support.
