Capital.com, a leading fintech group, is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager – LLM Automation to own strategy and execution for AI agents serving 1,000,000+ clients across multiple regulated entities. This high-visibility role sits at the crossroads of product management, AI systems thinking, and compliance.

You will drive the deflection roadmap, design taxonomies, oversee multilingual evaluation across 15+ languages and five jurisdictions, and deliver ADRs and PRDs that survive legal

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product roles owning customer-operations or contact-centre automation.
• Experience shipping LLM/AI agents to production with governance.
• Familiarity with FCA/CySEC/ASIC-like regulators and Consumer Duty.
• Ability to write ADRs, PRDs and exec memos.

Responsibilities

• Own the contact-centre deflection roadmap and measure outcomes.
• Design and implement the intent taxonomy and evaluation framework.
• Drive LLM agent deployment with multi-metric eval gates.
• Oversee multilingual evaluation across 15+ languages and 5 jurisdictions.
• Document decisions in ADRs and ensure regulatory auditability.
