Job summary

Packhelp is seeking a senior Product leader to build and scale its customer-facing product portfolio. You will shape vision and strategy to grow self-service journeys for SMBs and qualify and convert mid-market and enterprise leads.

You will drive product discovery, validate solutions, and champion big bets by merging customer insights with market trends. Lead a cross-functional team through discovery, delivery, and optimization while aligning stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in marketplaces, ecommerce, SaaS, or internal tools.
• Ability to define and execute vision and strategy with measurable impact.
• Strong product discovery, customer insights, and opportunity validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership collaboration.
• Ownership mindset and ability to mentor cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and shape the product team for Packhelp's customer-facing products.
• Define and drive product vision and strategy to scale self-service journeys for SMBs and mid-market/enterprise leads.
• Lead product discovery to identify needs, validate opportunities, and guide investments.
• Identify big bets by combining customer insights, market trends, and business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Align stakeholders and communicate roadmap and outcomes across the org.
• Advocate for internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Packaging, DTP, Production, Logistics) in product decisions.
