Job summary

Hack The Box in Europe (Athens relocation option) seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead data-centric features across our enterprise platform. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success to define and deliver products that drive adoption, improve data accuracy, and strengthen customer retention.

You’ll own discovery and delivery, set a KPI-driven roadmap, and translate raw data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

3-5 years of Product Management experience with a B2B SaaS product
Hands-on analytics experience with tools like Tableau, Metabase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
Strong knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and working with engineering teams
Ability to translate data plans into features for non-technical stakeholders
Experience using AI for prompting, prototyping, and research

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and delivery of data-centric features for enterprise users
Define and implement a KPI-driven roadmap focused on data accuracy and user engagement with insights
Collaborate daily with Analytics and Data Engineering; translate data into product vision
Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to communicate value of insights
Conduct deep-dive sessions with B2B customers to quantify data needs and translate into features
Own the product area with autonomous goals aligned to the company vision
