Job summary

Jolly Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its B2B SaaS applications. You will own roadmaps, translate customer needs into priorities, and collaborate with engineering in a cloud-hosted multi-tenant environment.

This individual contributor role requires strong communication with customers, support, sales, and executives, plus hands-on drafting of requirements and user stories for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Ability to discuss software architecture, APIs, and integrations with engineers.
• Experience gathering customer requirements and turning them into product specs.
• Strong judgment and prioritization based on customer, business, and technical value.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and feature priorities aligned with executive goals.
• Talk directly with customers and prospects to understand workflows and requirements.
• Collaborate with support to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with sales/marketing to understand market needs and competitive positioning.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers.
