Job summary

Outsourcey in Poland is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and value for our SaaS/B2B products. You will partner with engineering, design, and customer success to translate insights into measurable outcomes and deliver features that customers love.

You will lead research, define metrics, run experiments, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders, balancing long-term strategy with quick wins while aligning with business goals and security/compliance considerations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager for SaaS/B2B products.
• Strong product management methodologies, frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Jobs-to-be-Done).
• Expertise in customer research methods and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools.
• Ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, AI/ML concepts, and APIs.
• UX/UI collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Defines and maintains a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Conducts market research and customer studies to identify opportunities.
• Makes data-driven prioritization decisions and communicates rationale.
• Defines success metrics and tracks KPIs for features.
