Job summary

Docplanner, a leading patient-doctor marketplace, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Visibility. You will own the product and business logic that decides ranking and surfaced doctors, and you will oversee paid visibility products to drive growth.

Expect close collaboration with Customer Success and Marketing to convert onboarding into retained customers. We operate across markets with a strong data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building digital consumer or marketplace products.
• Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset with business impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management across commercial/technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Doctor Success strategy, health metrics, and retention efforts.
• Own ranking, relevance, and visibility logic for marketplace search and listings.
• Own paid visibility products like First Class and Media360.
• Work data-first: use SQL and analytics tools to size opportunities and validate decisions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Patient Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Design.
