Job summary

Docplanner is hiring an AI Senior Product Manager to shape the future of patient engagement with AI-native experiences. You will lead AI-powered journeys built on patients' medical context, health history, wearables, and behavioral signals, aiming to improve engagement, retention, and trust across our healthcare platform.

Work will span defining strategy, building AI-driven experiences, and collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and AI teams to deliver safe, high-impact products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building digital consumer products.
• Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
• Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making capabilities.
• Extreme ownership while being comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for AI-powered patient engagement experiences.
• Build AI-native product experiences with LLM-powered interfaces and data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and AI teams to deliver safe AI-native experiences.
• Move quickly from research to validation, launch, and iteration using AI-assisted workflows.
