Docplanner is seeking an AI Project Manager in Growth Marketing B2B to find, test and launch AI tools that speed up the marketing team and improve results across markets. You own each project from idea to adoption and drive measurable outcomes.

You will pilot AI workflows, build playbooks, and work hands-on with no-code tools to scale across markets and demonstrate impact on the funnel.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years managing projects in marketing or growth with AI focus.
• AI projects with measurable results.
• Hands-on use of AI tools daily.
• Experience building AI agents with no-code/low-code tools.
• Knowledge of LLM prompting and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs.
• Experience running pilots and scaling across teams/markets.
• Self-driven, proactive, able to work with stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Own the outcome. Set goals, KPIs, plan, budget and timeline for each AI project.
• Find the right AI problems and turn into business cases.
• Test before you scale with pilots and success criteria.
• Build hands-on: configure tools, prompts, agents, and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, WhatsApp.
• Choose tools wisely; evaluate and negotiate with IT and Legal.
• Build playbooks and training so markets can adopt proven solutions.
• Raise the AI level of the team; share results and run demos.
• Report in business terms: measure MQLs, contact rate, meetings booked, conversions, hours saved.
