Docplanner is seeking a strategic PMS Customer Success professional to shape onboarding, engagement, and churn prevention across markets. You will define processes, metrics, and scalable operations for PMS products like Feegow, Clinic Cloud, GIPO, and MyDr, ensuring consistency across local teams and global initiatives.

You will work closely with product, BI, and retention teams to improve onboarding quality, adoption, and customer journeys while navigating ambiguity across multiple markets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in project/program management, customer success, or operations in a complex, multi‑product environment.
• Exposure to SaaS, healthcare, or B2B operations is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of onboarding, retention, farming, churn prevention, and customer journeys.
• Comfort translating business needs into reporting and dashboards in collaboration with BI.
• Experience across multiple markets or global/local operating models.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve the PMS Customer Success operating model across all products and markets.
• Drive onboarding process revamps and regional templates for multiple PMS products.
• Lead early-churn initiatives and push CRM automation while migrating processes to Salesforce.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and cohort views in collaboration with BI, CRM/Ops, and Retention.
• Standardize governance across markets and translate global priorities into local execution.
• Track performance and flag risks; contribute to broader strategic projects.
