Job summary

Docplanner is seeking an Engineering Director to lead AI-native health journeys across Marketplace, Patient Engagement and Payments. You will guide a team of about 75 engineers, aligning three domains into a single connected patient experience and shaping the engineering strategy that ties bets to product outcomes.

You’ll work hands-on, partner with Product and Design, set AI quality standards and ensure reliability, privacy and scale across 13 markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-team engineering organizations through managers.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development and judgment about its risks.
• Product-minded leader who links engineering strategy to business outcomes.
• Deep technical depth across architecture, delivery, reliability and security.
• Strong partnership with Product, Design, Data and business leaders.
• Experience with marketplaces and complex, high-stakes products.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and roadmaps across three areas, tying bets to outcomes.
• Build a strong engineering team with clear ownership and leadership depth.
