iSpeedToLead is seeking a Product Manager to ensure we always build the most valuable things for our marketplace—measured in money, not opinion. You will own the outward half of the product: users, market, and the “what and why,” working with a Product Owner who handles delivery.

You will push platform improvements across onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, and monetization, tying every brief to measurable upside and moving quickly in a data-driven, AI-enhanced environment.

Qualifications

• Weeks of experience in B2B SaaS or marketplaces with measurable impact.
• Ability to connect product ideas to quantified upside before development starts.
• Strong data literacy and hands-on data analysis with SQL/analytics tools.
• English at C1+ level; clear, precise communication.

Responsabilités

• Talk to users constantly and translate conversations into decisions.
• Own onboarding, buying experience, lead quality, retention, and monetization.
• Tie each brief to LTV, CAC payback, or margin per lead with numeric justification.
• Model value before build and prioritize high-impact work.
• Write briefs outlining problem, evidence and expected impact.
• Run weekly experiments, iterate fast, and scale winners.
• Pull data directly with no intermediary analysts.
• Monitor competitors and pre-empt market shifts.
