Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist in Poland to lead supplier relations across facility maintenance, engineering outsourcing, and construction. You will work with warehouse landlords and automation suppliers to secure value, quality, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, evaluating bids, forecasting purchases, and maintaining strong supplier partnerships. English at B1 level is required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain management and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and problem-solving mindset.
• English language proficiency at B1 level; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to fulfil business needs and conduct supplier research.
• Analyze lead times, quality, and quantities; assess risks and mitigation plans.
• Prepare clear bidding plans including RFPs and RFQs; evaluate proposals and notify winners.
• Prepare annual purchase forecasts and procurement plans with detailed product lists.
• Maintain professional supplier relationships and monitor trends to advise management.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team in Poland.

You will be responsible for working closely with vendors in the following areas: facility maintenance, engineering outsourcing, and construction. At the same time, you will work closely with warehouse landlords and automation equipment suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sources to fulfil business needs, market information collecting and integration, draw up strategies, suppliers and vendors research;
• Product pricing, risks control: analysis potential risk and prevention plan, lead time, quality and quantity;
• Prepare clear transparent biding plan including Request for Proposal and Request for Quotation, draft report of evaluation, prepare reward notification;
• Annual purchase forecast, draw up detailed product list and procurement plan;
• Maintain professional and amicable relationships with the suppliers, monitor latest trends, provide timely and efficient advices to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of procurement experience, and more than 1 year of work experience in large-scale e-commerce, warehousing, and logistics positions;
• Knowledge of supply chain management, strong communication and analytical skills;
• Revolutionary, evolutionary, always look for solutions to improve the processes and efficiency;
• Language: English B1 level. Chinese is a plus;
