Job summary

SHEIN in Poland is seeking a Loss Prevention professional to protect warehouse assets and deter theft. You will oversee surveillance, investigate incidents, coordinate with HR and Internal Audit, and lead or support disciplinary actions while ensuring safety compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in loss prevention or security, plus fluency in English and Polish. Travel within Poland is expected, and the company offers bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, Security/Investigation related fields preferred.
• 3+ years in Loss Prevention, Security Management, Asset Protection, or Internal Investigations.
• Experience in large warehouses/logistics centers with team leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contraband checks, document violations, and manage assets during offboarding.
• Monitor warehouse entry/exit and prevent unauthorized removal of goods.
• Oversee CCTV operations and assist in layout planning during setup/renovation.
• Receive, verify, and investigate security tip-offs with on-site checks and evidence collection.
• Lead or support disciplinary investigations and cooperate with Internal Audit on fraud cases.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions with HR, including warnings and termination procedures.
• Monitor site safety rules, identify hazards, and stop operations if needed.
• Oversee visitor and access control processes, including identity verification.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee process of contraband checks, document violations, and manage company assets such as locker keys, PDAs, and batteries, including handover and recovery during offboarding;
• Monitor warehouse entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized removal of goods and ensure prohibited items do not enter the facility;
• Oversee daily CCTV operations, review footage for incidents or suspicious activity, and support CCTV layout planning during warehouse setup or renovation;
• Receive, verify, and investigate security tip-offs within required timelines, including on-site checks, CCTV review, evidence collection, interviews, and investigation reports;
• Lead or support disciplinary investigations and cooperate with Internal Audit on fraud-related cases.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions with HR, including warning letters, notices, and termination procedures when required;
• Monitor compliance with site safety rules, identify hazards, ensure corrective actions are completed, and stop operations immediately in case of serious safety risks;
• Oversee visitor and access control processes, including identity verification, authorization checks, escorted visits to restricted areas, and regular access list reviews;
• Manage alcohol and drug testing in line with Polish labor law and company policies, and enforce zero-tolerance rules for working under the influence;
• Prepare daily and weekly Loss Prevention reports, maintain dashboards, and track inspections, incidents, anomalies, and safety hazards;
• Cooperate with HR, Internal Audit, Administration, Warehouse Operations, and the corporate LP team on investigations, audits, inventory counts, compliance checks, and improvement initiatives.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Security Management, Criminal Investigation, Law, Business Administration, or related fields preferred;
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Loss Prevention, Security Management, Asset Protection, or Internal Investigations;
• LP experience in large warehouses/logistics centers with team‑leadership experience (security/LP officers) preferred;
• Availability for business trips within Poland, approximately 1–2 times per month;
• Experience in 3PL/4PL warehouse LP, retail LP, or multinational overseas warehouse LP preferred;
• Fluency in English and Polish, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural warehouse and corporate environment.
