Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Senior HRBP to support the fulfillment center in Poland, driving both mass and strategic recruitment, workforce planning, and HR operations. You will assist employees with benefits, manage expatriation matters, and collaborate with global and regional teams on HR projects.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a Senior HRBP role, and strong knowledge of local labor laws, payroll, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, Native Polish with business-level English communication.
• 8–10 years HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior HRBP role.
• Preferred experience in logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance, HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned business unit to understand strategy and implement HR practices.
• Lead mass and strategic recruitment across multiple groups; support workforce planning with local insights.
• Support benefits delivery and employee inquiries; assist expatriation assignments.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders; optimize talent performance.
• Work with China and regional teams on HR projects and cross-border initiatives.

This Senior HRBP position will support the fulfillment center, so we prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing, procurement, or logistics, etc.

Job responsibilities

• Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy, and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
• Be responsible for both mass and strategic recruitment, manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for various business groups, partner with global and local management on workforce planning, providing local labor market insights.
• Provide support to local employees regarding benefits and the delivery of the benefit programs, and support employees on issues.
• Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters.
• Training and development - working with leaders to guarantee a fluent onboarding process and robust training calendar for employee development. Also help as a facilitator in some topics.
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, continuously optimize the talent performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and regional teams, and participate in HR projects cooperating with cross-border teams.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, Native in Polish, business professional level communication skills in English.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in HR work, with at least 2 years in a Senior HR BP role
• Preferred experience in logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing sector
• Demonstrated understanding and application of Human Resources areas, including Labor relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation, Talent Management, and Change Management.
• Quickly adapt to a fast-changing pace, a high sense of responsibility, patience, and teamwork.
• High level of independence, business maturity, and relationship-building skills
• Able to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions. Experience with conducting workplace investigations and resolving workplace issues.
• Have extensive and in-depth knowledge of local compliance and labor laws.
• Be open-minded to take on an HR operations/Administrative job and pay attention to details.
