Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a results-driven project leader to drive end-to-end migration and transfer initiatives within manufacturing. You will shape business cases, design plans, and oversee cross-functional teams across regions, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance targets are met.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in manufacturing migration projects, deep costing knowledge, and strong leadership in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in planning and executing migration/transfer projects in manufacturing.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical concepts, and commercial aspects.
Proven project management experience with delivery success.
Solid knowledge of product costing and manufacturing cost structures.
Strong leadership to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
Fluent English required; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end manufacturing footprint migration and transfer projects.
Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for strategic initiatives.
Design and implement project plans aligned with manufacturing strategy.
Drive change management across cross-functional teams.
Manage project budgets, pricing strategies, and cost estimations.
Monitor execution, timelines and performance (project controlling).
Lead and coordinate project and virtual teams, mitigating safety and policy risks.
