Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks an experienced project leader to drive end-to-end migration and transfer initiatives within the manufacturing footprint in Poland. You will design plans, justify business cases, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in migration projects, a strong cost understanding, and proven leadership in a matrix organization. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in planning and executing migration/transfer projects in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical concepts, and commercial aspects.
• Proven project management experience with demonstrated delivery success.
• Solid knowledge of product costing and manufacturing cost structures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization.
• Fluent English (required); German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing footprint migration and transfer projects.
• Prepare business cases and conduct feasibility studies for strategic initiatives.
• Design and implement project plans aligned with manufacturing strategy.
• Drive change management processes across cross-functional teams.
• Manage project budgets, pricing strategies, and cost estimations.
• Monitor project execution, timelines, and performance (project controlling).
• Lead, develop, and coordinate project and virtual teams while mitigating risks related to safety, policies, and procedures.
