Your daily tasks:

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing footprint migration and transfer projects
• Prepare business cases and conduct feasibility studies for strategic initiatives
• Design and implement project plans aligned with manufacturing strategy
• Drive change management processes across cross-functional teams
• Manage project budgets, pricing strategies, and cost estimations
• Monitor project execution, timelines, and performance (project controlling)
• Lead, develop, and coordinate project and virtual teams while mitigating risks related to safety, policies, and procedures

Your ideal background:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in planning and executing migration/transfer projects in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical concepts, and commercial aspects
• Proven project management experience with demonstrated delivery success
• Solid knowledge of product costing and manufacturing cost structures
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
• Fluent English (required); German is an advantage
