Job summary

Align Technology seeks a senior facilities and capital projects professional to lead construction and infrastructure initiatives across manufacturing and support areas. The role ensures safety, compliance, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, supporting NPI projects and equipment transfers while driving continuous improvement and strategic investments.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, IT, Finance, Procurement, and EHS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience managing technical, construction, infrastructure, or facility projects.
Experience with CAPEX projects and investment budgets.
Experience in regulated industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead construction, renovation, infrastructure, and facility-related projects from concept through implementation and handover.
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
Manage project cost, scope, quality, and timeline to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, vendors, and service providers.
Oversee technical installations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BMS.
