Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a greenfield manufacturing project with a fixed 2029 launch target.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensure strict cost, schedule, and quality targets, and manage cross-functional teams across Production, Logistics, IT/OT, ERP, Safety, and Engineering. The role requires proven program governance skills, the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder environments, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex programs with fixed deadlines and strict costs.
• Strong background in manufacturing or capital investment projects.
• Knowledge of factory layout, material flow, and production ramp-up.
• Ability to view plant as an integrated system (production, facilities, IT/OT).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex programs with fixed deadlines and strict cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Strong background in manufacturing, production, capital investment, or greenfield projects.
• Understanding of factory layout, material flow, internal logistics, and production ramp-up.
• Ability to view and manage the plant as an integrated system, including production, facilities, utilities, machinery, and IT/OT.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Automotive or Defense industries.
• Exposure to multi-entity project environments involving General Contractors and Contract Engineers.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP, or similar).
