Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years leading migration/transfer projects in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures
- Proven project management delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder management in a matrix organization
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing footprint migration and transfer projects
- Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for strategic initiatives
- Design and implement project plans aligned with manufacturing strategy
- Drive change management across cross-functional teams
- Manage project budgets, pricing strategies, and cost estimations
- Monitor project execution, timelines, and performance
- Lead, develop, and coordinate project and virtual teams while mitigating risks
