Job summary

Duco is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst & PMO Manager to drive programme governance, reporting, and cross-functional delivery from concept to execution. You will shape business requirements, provide actionable insights, and lead high-visibility initiatives across the company.

Reporting to the COO within Duco Operations, you will build repeatable PMO frameworks, manage risks, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to keep initiatives on track and aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PMO and project management capability is required.
• Business analysis is highly valued.
• Experience delivering programmes end to end.
• Governance cadence and RAG reporting are essential.
• Ownership of a portfolio-level tracker is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance, cadence, and reporting for company priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and unblock dependencies.
• Define business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs for programme delivery and business performance.
• Present status to senior leadership and steering committees.
