Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support a global Commercial Cards Replatforming Programme in Kraków, Poland. You will provide governance, reporting, risk coordination and delivery oversight across business, technology, data, testing, cutover and change workstreams.

The role requires strong PMO experience with platform migrations, and expertise in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and data reporting is essential, with Power BI and Excel

Qualifications

  • Proven PMO or Programme Management experience in large-scale technology transformation.
  • Experience supporting platform migration, replatforming or modernisation programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of release management, environments, testing, cutover and hypercare.
  • Advanced Jira and JQL skills, including dashboards, filters and board configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues across workstreams.
  • Coordinate programme reporting, governance forums, actions, decisions and minutes.
  • Maintain RAID logs, plans, governance packs and programme documentation.
  • Monitor budgets, financial performance and variances.
  • Create clear management insights from programme data for senior stakeholders.
  • Own Jira boards, workflows, epics, releases, dashboards, filters and reporting structures.
  • Use JQL to track progress, overdue actions, blockers, dependencies and ageing risks.
  • Maintain Confluence spaces, page structures and documentation standards.
  • Integrate Jira reporting with Confluence to create live governance packs.
  • Promote consistent PMO, Jira and Confluence standards across global teams.
  • Coach stakeholders on data quality, naming conventions and reporting practices.

  • Ability to translate technical delivery information into clear governance insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Experience in banking, financial services or commercial cards is desirable.
