Job summary

Us3 Consulting seeks an experienced PMO / Cybersecurity Project Management Specialist to support strategic and complex programmes in cybersecurity environments. You will collaborate with project managers, senior stakeholders and international teams to ensure governance, reporting, and delivery tracking across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of practical PMO/Project Management experience, preferably in IT.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity or cyber risk projects.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior/executive stakeholders.
• Experience producing dashboards, steering materials and project reports.
• Proactive, hands-on, with strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic programmes with status tracking, milestone management and governance.
• Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee materials and management reports.
• Assist Project/Programme Managers with budgeting, financial reporting and administration.
• Maintain project structures, documentation and collaboration channels.
• Ensure deliverables, risks and actions are tracked and reported accurately.
