Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a PMO Analyst within the Global Business Services team to support Portfolio Managers, Program Managers and Transformation Leads in planning, governance, and analytics across a global, matrixed organization.

This hybrid role offers flexible hours and a fixed‑term contract until 31.12.2027, with two office days weekly. You will develop dashboards in Power BI, maintain governance artifacts, and coordinate cross‑functional activities to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years of PMO, project coordination, project management, business operations, reporting, analytics, or shared services environments.
• Understanding of project management principles, governance frameworks, and project lifecycle methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.
• Hands‑on experience with Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project, Planner, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Delivery: Support Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, and Transformation Leads in planning and execution of transition initiatives; maintain project plans, logs, and governance artifacts.
• Reporting, Analytics & Governance: Develop dashboards and reports; consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare executive‑level summaries.
• Stakeholder & Communication Support: Coordinate communication across global teams; support change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities; document metrics and contribute to standards and templates.
