Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a PMO professional for a 12-month, remote-from-EU assignment. The role combines program operations with AI enablement to transform how projects are run, governed, and reported.

You will support leadership with budgets, resource planning, reporting, governance, and coordination; develop concise executive presentations; and drive AI-driven improvements across the P/S Integration Program to boost productivity and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• PMO experience in large cross-functional programs.
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI, Copilot or automation tools.
• Ability to translate complex information into concise insights and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support program leadership with budget tracking, resource planning, reporting, governance, and coordination activities.

Mission:
Support the P/S Integration Program leadership team by ensuring efficient program operations while leveraging AI and automation to improve program execution, governance, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management Office

• Support program leadership with budget tracking, resource planning, reporting, governance, and coordination activities.
• Maintain key program metrics, risks, actions, and dependencies.
• Ensure high-quality preparation and follow-up of leadership and steering committee meetings.

Executive Communications

• Develop concise, impactful executive presentations and leadership communications.
• Translate complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and decision materials for senior stakeholders.
• Assess the current program playbook, processes, and ways of working.
• Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to increase productivity, automate repetitive activities, and enhance reporting and knowledge management.
• Promote the adoption of AI tools and best practices across the program team.
