Job summary

State Street is seeking a seasoned Senior PMO Analyst to lead governance, risk, and client-facing reporting across large-scale programs. You will own the PMO framework, chair coordination forums, and challenge status accuracy at the board level.

The role requires transforming programme data into clear management narratives, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive timely governance deliveries. English fluency and 7+ years in finance projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, business, MBA or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience managing business projects in large, global financial services organizations or consulting firms.
• Fluency in English; excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the PMO governance framework across all program workstreams.
• Chair cross-workstream coordination forums and resolve blockers.
• Review governance pack content before Programme Director approval; ensure accuracy of reporting.
