Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a Senior PMO Consultant to drive portfolio governance, reporting, and project oversight in Poland. You will coordinate planning, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions while supporting resource planning and forecasting.

The role involves preparing executive materials, governance reporting, and driving continuous PMO process improvements across Core Technology and Business Areas. Collaboration and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PMO, Portfolio Management or Project Management.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, planning and reporting.
• Practical experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and action tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
