DCG is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Consultant to support large technology and transformation programs in Poland. You will drive portfolio reporting, governance, risk tracking and executive communications within a dynamic, multinational setting.

Collaborating with Core Technology and Business Areas, you will oversee planning, resourcing and financial forecasting while continuously improving PMO processes and reporting capabilities.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of PMO, Portfolio Management or Project Management experience.
• Proven ability to support large-scale technology or transformation portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, planning and reporting.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and action tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery planning, prioritisation and portfolio management activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Core Technology and Business Areas
• Work independently and proactively identify opportunities to improve portfolio transparency and execution efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management or Project Management
• Proven experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation portfolios
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, planning and reporting
• Practical experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and action tracking
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Experience in large international organisations
• Knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Practical experience with financial tracking and resource management
• Familiarity with portfolio management and reporting tools
• Experience driving process improvements, reporting automation and data-driven decision support
