Job summary

DCG, a recruitment company, seeks a Senior PMO Consultant in Poland to drive portfolio reporting, coordinate planning, risks, issues and actions, and support governance forums.

You will develop PMO processes, support resource planning and forecasting, and collaborate with stakeholders across Core Technology and business areas. The role requires 5+ years in PMO/portfolio management and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PMO, Portfolio Management or Project Management experience.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, planning and reporting.
• Practical experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and action tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities
