Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end project delivery from planning through closure, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets and governance standards.

You will manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholders while promoting change management within delivery teams and maintaining strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading technology projects.
• Strong experience in governance, planning, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).

IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end project execution from planning through closure

• Monitor and report delivery progress and proactively identify and escalation risks
• Promote change management and support delivery culture aligned with change processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading technology projects
• Strong experience in governance, planning, risk management and stakeholder management
• Practical experience in financial and resource management and use of project management tools
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Advanced presentation skills using Microsoft Office
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or financial services projects
• Understanding of information security risks in financial organizations
• Experience in application lifecycle management and vulnerabilities identification and remediation
• Experience working in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery environments
