Job summary

DCG Poland, a recruitment partner, is seeking an Expert Project Manager to lead change management and coordinate release activities across teams within a large organization located in Poland. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project or programme management experience, strong change and release management skills, excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders, and fluent English; knowledge of z/OS or regulated environments is a plus.

• Proven experience in project or programme management within a large organization, with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in change and release management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
