Job summary

emagine in Poland seeks a Senior PMO Consultant specializing in Core Technology Change & Delivery to enhance governance, planning, reporting and execution across large technology initiatives in a hybrid work setup (3 days in the Gdańsk office).

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PMO, Portfolio or Project Management experience, shows a track record of managing complex programs, and can drive governance forums, risk tracking and executive reporting with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PMO, Portfolio Management, or Project Management experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, planning, and reporting.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and action tracking.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio and project reporting activities and management reporting.
• Coordinate planning, milestone tracking, risks, issues, dependencies, and action management.
• Support resource planning, financial follow-up, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare executive presentations, governance material, and steering committee reports.
• Support portfolio governance forums and ensure follow-up of decisions and actions.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
• Support delivery planning, prioritization, and portfolio management activities across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Core Technology and Business Areas.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, or Project Management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale technology initiatives and ensuring compliance and transparency.

• Coordinate planning, milestone tracking, risks, issues, dependencies, and action management.
• Support resource planning, financial follow-up, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare executive presentations, governance material, and steering committee reports.
