Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group, a recruitment partner for IT, seeks an IT Project Manager to own governance, drive cross-team programs, and deliver data-backed backlog improvements.

You will coordinate multiple teams, escalate blockers, and report on risks and dependencies with a focus on process automation and continuous improvement. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience in complex environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and cross-domain dependencies.
• Strong governance, issue management, backlog management and escalation skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive governance across involved teams and drive backlog health.
• Lead triage boards, coordinate activities across source teams and stake-holders.
• Drive accountability for issue ownership and resolution, escalate blockers.
• Monitor backlog health, RCA progress, prioritization and escalations.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation.
• Provide transparent management reporting on backlog, risks and dependencies.
