Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive Cloud & Cybersecurity Transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments. You will lead end-to-end IT programs, manage scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and stakeholders, and deliver using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring cybersecurity and governance alignment, and providing senior-level project reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end IT projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience in IT transformation, infrastructure, cloud or integration projects
• Strong governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, security and business areas
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure environments and cloud transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including network security, firewalls, DLP, IAM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management and security monitoring
• PMI certification - PMP preferred; CAPM also considered

Responsibilities

• Lead IT transformation and integration projects from initiation through delivery and closure
• Own the full project lifecycle including scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies
• Independently manage projects as the sole Project Manager
• Deliver projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies as needed
• Apply Waterfall governance with project phases, documentation, change control and decision processes
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Business functions
• Ensure project delivery aligns with cybersecurity, compliance and governance requirements
• Identify, manage and elevate project risks, issues and dependencies
• Provide clear project reporting, status updates and decision support to senior stakeholders
