Job summary

ITConnect is seeking an experienced PMO portfolio manager to oversee governance, planning and reporting for Core Technology Change & Delivery initiatives. You will work with Portfolio Managers, Project Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure transparency, governance compliance and efficient delivery of strategic technology programs.

You will drive portfolio reporting, coordinate planning, risks, issues, dependencies and actions, and support forecasting and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PMO, Portfolio Management or Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio and project reporting activities and management reporting.
• Coordinate planning, milestone tracking, risks, issues, dependencies and action management.
• Support resource planning, financial follow-up and forecasting activities.
• Prepare executive presentations, governance material and steering committee reporting.
• Support portfolio governance forums and ensure follow-up of decisions and actions.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools and reporting capabilities.
• Support delivery planning, prioritisation and portfolio management activities across the organisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Core Technology and Business Areas.
• Work independently, proactively identify improvement opportunities and contribute to increased transparency and execution efficiency within the portfolio.
