Job summary

DCG, a recruitment company, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to own the DQIM governance, drive cross-team coordination across GF, CDW, CCM and related source teams, and ensure consistent, effective issue resolution across the enterprise.

You will lead triage boards, monitor backlog health, ownership, RCA progress, and escalations, identify blockers, and implement structural process improvements including intake gates, clustering, closure controls, and improved reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience in complex environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and cross-domain dependencies.
• Strong governance, issue management, backlog management and escalation skills.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis and structured resolution.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the DQIM governance process across involved teams.
• Lead triage boards and coordinate activities across source teams.
• Drive accountability for issue ownership and escalation of blockers.
• Monitor backlog health, ownership, RCA progress, and escalations.
• Identify and implement structural process improvements including intake gates, issue clustering, closure controls, and improved reporting.
• Provide clear and transparent management reporting on backlog status, risks, and dependencies.
• Escalate capacity constraints, ownership gaps, dependencies, and other risks.
• Support and drive initiatives aimed at sustainable backlog reduction and improved data quality governance.
