Ruby Labs is seeking a senior Performance Marketing Lead to own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across multiple brands. You will coach acquisition managers, set standards, and scale profitable spend while maintaining account health.

This hands-on role combines strategy with execution and AI-first workflows. You will supervise budgets of multi-million dollars monthly, optimize across Search, YouTube, and related channels, and collaborate with directors to translate brand targets into measurable

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
Experience coaching, leading, hiring, and evaluating paid search teams.
Direct ownership of large Google Ads budgets across brands and geos.

Responsibilities

Scale profitable spend across brands, geos, languages, and funnels.
Audit accounts, identify gaps, and drive optimization across Search, YouTube, and MS Ads.
Set standards for structure, bidding, testing, and reporting.
Coach and develop acquisition managers; own performance reviews and KPIs.
Collaborate with Directors to translate targets into actionable campaigns.
