Job summary

Tagvenue is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across markets, with CAC, LTV and payback emphasis. Google PPC is live and you will optimise it, driving incrementality and profitability.

You’ll manage budgets across Google Ads, Meta (and potentially LinkedIn), build a robust KPI reporting system, and lead a disciplined testing cycle. This is a fully remote role reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with ownership of business results.
• Experience running large, multi-market campaigns with complex accounts.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads with strong attention to detail.
• Practical experience with value-based bidding and revenue/margin optimization.
• Ability to design and run incrementality tests.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and scaling roadmap for paid acquisition across markets.
• Manage budget and campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn; set goals and allocate spend.
• Optimize toward real sales value using CAC, LTV and payback signals.
• Build a reporting system on KPIs like CAC, ROAS, LTV, integrating platform and internal data.
• Run disciplined testing cycles for campaign messaging.
• Coordinate with the SEO team to share data and prevent traffic cannibalisation.
• Use AI tools for research, creative variants, reporting and automation.
