Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead performance marketing for our US client market. You will own Google Ads, drive paid acquisition across the B2B funnel, and partner with analytics to optimize results.

You will mentor a PPC specialist and have opportunities to grow into a broader Performance Marketing Lead role while collaborating with Content, SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Ops. This is a full-time role based in Warsaw with flexible hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with the US B2B market.
• Experience managing campaigns independently with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and ideally CRM data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions.
• Ability to explain what happened, why it happened, and what to do next.
• Experience with testing and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent, and curious about new channels and technologies.
• Experience mentoring other marketers, or a strong interest in developing as a people manager.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing for US B2B, generating high-quality leads.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Develop acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads and others.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversions, and pipeline impact.
• Analyze full B2B funnel from traffic to clients.
• Work with GA4, CRM data, dashboards to identify growth.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, and scale effective approaches.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Ops.
• Explore new channels and AI-enabled advertising strategies.
• Contribute to strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor and manage a PPC specialist and support their growth.
• Help build scalable performance marketing processes.
