Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking a superhero-level Lead Ad Creative Producer to lead and control the entire creative production operation for our fast-growing consumer products. You will produce winning ad creatives with your hands and run the production operation as a producing lead.

This role focuses on conversion, quality, speed, and compliance, working directly with User Acquisition Managers and a team of creatives to set the bar for the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of OSINT-related product experience.
• Hands-on producing ad creatives for Meta, Snapchat, and Google campaigns.
• Proven experience managing multi-format, high-volume creative pipelines.
• Strong portfolio of performance-driven digital ads with measurable results.
• Experience in restricted or compliance-sensitive ad categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce ad creatives end-to-end: concepts, hooks, scripts, assets.
• Own end-to-end creative production across formats (static, video, UGC, motion, AI-generated).
• Serve as final approval for creatives before testing or launch.
• Ensure creatives meet brand standards, UI/visual hierarchy, and platform policies.
