Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join our Platform Team. This role offers 100% remote work from anywhere in Poland and a flexible schedule to support work-life harmony.

You will manage end-to-end payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Payroll Lead and collaborating with HR Ops and Finance. Fluency in English and the ability to work with French, German or Spanish are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-country payroll experience in a multinational environment.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in French, German or Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and local regulations across regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries.
• Process absences, timekeeping, bonuses, commissions, and overtime adjustments.
• Lead payroll audits and prepare analytical reports for management and Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and external payroll providers; escalate complex inquiries.
• Stay updated on international payroll legislation; mentor junior team members.
