Job summary

SD Worx in Poland is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Katowice team. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in payroll administration and processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, social security, and compliance.
• Fluent German language skills; English an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax, social security and labor rules.
• Act as a trusted advisor for complex payroll inquiries.
• Analyze, optimize, and enhance payroll processes and systems.
• Support implementations and customer projects.
• Provide functional guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.
