SD Worx Poland is seeking payroll professionals to join a dynamic international team supporting HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Business Services. We are growing fast and looking for payroll experts who enjoy combining expertise with customer focus and continuous improvement.

You will manage end-to-end payroll for Polish clients, process payroll accurately with enova365, and prepare statutory reports while maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing for Polish clients.
• Practical knowledge of enova365 payroll software.
• Strong understanding of Polish labour and payroll regulations.
• Customer-focused mindset and experience working directly with clients.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for Polish clients.
• Process payroll accurately and on time using enova365.
• Prepare statutory reports and declarations (ZUS, Tax Office, PPK, GUS, PFRON, PPE).
• Maintain HR documentation and electronic employee records.
• Partner with clients and support them with payroll and HR-related queries.
• Participate in new client implementations and onboarding projects.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices.
• Act as a payroll expert, sharing knowledge and mentoring team members.
